Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted. This includes situations where you:
Changed your mind about attending.
Found tickets elsewhere at a different price.
Are unable to attend due to personal circumstances (travel issues, illness, etc.).
Canceled Events
If an event is permanently canceled and not rescheduled, Ticket Deals will provide a 100% refund of the purchase price (including all service fees).
Refunds are automatically processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
You do not need to contact us for a refund on a canceled event; our system will notify you via email once the cancellation is confirmed by the venue or artist.
Purchase Policy
All sales are final. Since tickets are a time-sensitive commodity, we cannot offer cancellations or exchanges once a purchase is confirmed.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date.
Refunds are not issued for rescheduled events.
If you cannot attend the new date, we recommend using our platform or a partner like StubHub to list your tickets for resale to another fan.
Denied Entry & Ticket Authenticity
In the rare event that you experience an issue at the venue gate:

If the tickets are proven invalid and we cannot provide comparable replacements in time for the event, we will issue a 100% refund.
Note: You must contact us at the time of the event to be eligible for this claim.
Delivery Issues
If your tickets do not arrive in time for the event due to a technical error on our end or a seller’s failure, we will either provide equivalent tickets or issue a full refund.
